Product or Project? Oh, My, it's Both!
(Bringing a product mindset to project-based teams)
The ‘product not project’ battles are endless. Popular opinions say that all teams must be product-based. Is that possible when you do project work for clients? In most cases, our project-based teams are creating products for the clients. Can a product mindset be helpful? This is a new perspective and required changes to the team’s vocabulary and thinking. In this talk, I’ll show how to combine the best (and most necessary) parts of both the product and project mindsets for teams to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
