YES! I'm a Product Owner... Now what?
A Skill-Building Workshop was selected to have the opportunity to introduce basic concepts about Agile like principles, frameworks, and some considerations to implement them as a Product Owner. This is a 40 minute session, wherein the first several minutes is dedicated to introducing the topic with a presentation, a walk-through Agile and Scrum basics, and some tips and tricks to help Product Owners begin the Agile journey.
Then, there is a game to engage with the attendees and let them experience - with a simple example - the time vs quality vs clarity struggle in a project.
